Recording Studio Tour

We had the honour to visit a Sonic Studio, a recording studio at 336B, King George’s Avenue thanks to a library programme. We were honoured to have Mr Eric Wong to explain and introduce how musicians record and produce and album. Both the recording room and the control room are sound proof. We learnt they were made with precision, something I do not know.
In the recording room, Neumann U-87 microphone, shock mount and pop filter

In the control room, Mr Eric explains the difference between the gigantic Amek Einstein vs compact TASCAM DM-3200 Digital Console which he was pointing to.

  1. I toured my brother-in-law's studio many years ago - it was fascinating!
